      Amazing comminiacation througout the company, they truley look after there customers and employees and give us guidance when needed

      Cons

      Pay rates could be slightly increased, especially for those upskilling to three phase, off of project volt ect

      Remote working is good. Great work/life balance.

      Management are pretty toxic - you get the whole 'family' talk but when it comes to mental health/ ill health - you basically get told 'tough!'
