Growing within a future-proof industry for a leading company. I work within a great team of collegues and with direct managers that will always help. Work gear and van provided. Good perks: pension, shares, health benefits, optional overtime, upskilling opportunities to become multi-skilled. Steady work for life.

Cons

Too many layers of management, slow to promote change and not enough when it occurs. Disorganisation between departments (inc. 3rd parties) that can hinder day-to-day productivity. Work life balance is lacking. Could be better pay for industry. Some elements are needlessly complicated or laborious in job flow.
