      Everyone was friendly throughout the whole process of the interviews. Always keen to know more about you and gives you lots of information about the job role and what will happen. Mollie from Instant Impact was amazing through the whole process always reassuring and gives the perfect advice!

      - Mostly employs graduates so the office atmosphere/dynamic is a lot of fun - The training is great - It’s a fast-paced job that doesn’t get boring - The tech platform, Kraken, hugely improves the service that operations are able to provide

      Cons

      - Poor salary - Operations is understaffed so everyone is expected to do more work and maintain a high standard of customer service - Relatively rigid progression ladder
