The Low Carbon Tech Team is growing and evolving rapidly, and we recognise that the pace and demands may not be suitable for everyone. We are actively working to improve our ways of working, from communication to managing change, to ensure a smoother experience for all. I know there has been a lot more change than anticipated and some of that has been implemented pretty speedily which may have been uncomfortable - we are determined to help bring the team on the journey so we can gather feedback and pivot based on our team's needs.
