- Work from home once a week - Occasional stock option cashouts at business events - Work load can be light at times - Decent benefits (up to £250 quarterly bonus, running incentives, rewards) - Mgmt will take on feedback and work actively to improve processes (mixed results)

Cons

- Constant process changes and backtracking without trialling first - Fluctuating work load - Changing KPI's (bi-yearly) - Inconsistent communication between field and office at times - Occasional weekend and late shifts required - Senior management team not in touch with work
