      Pros

      The unusually high retention rate shows what it's like to work here - great people, a lot of autonomy, a lot of attention paid to making sure employees are content, a respectful and/or common sense approach to a lot of decisions, great work/life balance. Also a great mission to motivate everyone.

      Cons

      Total lack of transparency with salaries feels at odds with the general forward-thinking ethos of the company and doesn't foster trust.

      Pros

      - very casual dress code - possible to work from home - they don't discriminate age - easy to get on with people

      Cons

      - be ready to share with the entire team when you go to the toilet - must call in every day again if you are sick for multiple days in a row - they say they don't pay to watch the clock, but they really do - purely statistics based - very controlling and expect you to share a lot of personal information with managers - says they are inclusive, but not really if you have any mental conditions (anxiety, depression, ADHD etc)
