Great place to work, management are super supportive and accommodating. I work remotely and am as involved in things within the business as much as I would be in an office. There are weekly updates about the business and any changes. We all have a chance to give our feedback and opinions.

Cons

Internally there could be some changes, but only small, nothing major.

Incredible team culture — everyone is supportive, approachable, and down to earth. Successes are genuinely celebrated and mistakes are treated as learning opportunities rather than failures, which has helped me grow massively in my first year. The training programme is thorough and sets you up well. Flexible hours are a huge plus, especially for managing health conditions like IBD. Transparent management style makes the environment feel honest and trustworthy.
