      Pros

      - Your well trained - Feel valued/very kind/honest style culture - Finish at 4 on Fridays but this may be temporary due to covid - Remote working - Laptop etc. provide - Great job if your not very confident & want to protect your mental health/ develop as a person

      - Pay is a bit low compared to other similar places - Salary paid monthly - Fast pace with a lot of work to do but it is understandable - Hard test/ long interview process

      - Genuinely lovely people to work with, who are always willing to help you. - Learn so much through working on all aspects of an account - Open approach with management where you can offer feedback and it is taken on board - Communication platforms have been great during the lockdowns

      - The people chosen for Team Leaders seems like they are in that position due to time in the company and not skill - As it is a growing company, it feels like there is little preparation for some changes that have a huge impact on the workload for energy specialists. - It is hard to create work/life balance at times as it is a very fast environment with some pressure - The pay could be a lot better for the job you are doing
