      Unbalance pay scales, very difficult to qualify for pay raises. Almost cult-like attitudes towards work ethic.

      Secretive on pay levels. Pay very little. No HR. Little opportunities. Work you into the ground to see any pay increase or benefits. Too many changes little notice.

      Breakfast and Lunch was provided. Good opportunities for career development. Sociable Friday dinners

      Workplace culture was unfriendly - felt like I couldn't go to the toilet and felt very watched (camera in workspace). Training is done virtually. Busy, overwhelming and a lack of support.
