      Was good then turned bad .. greedy company

      Flexibility with hours and job and knock Scrap Good benefits, lunch allowance, yearly bonus, shares Learn renewable heat pumps

      Cons

      Turned awful since January 2025. Before was a great firm, now turned very greedy. Made so many sparks and plumbers redundant so less labour to help out on bigger installs, yet they try to decrease the time frame to complete jobs. Lots of pressure to complete the job, very heavy and labour intensive work, lots of overtime you feel obliged to do. No work life balance. So many managers changing. No health and safety. Not work breaking your back for low salary.

      Get paid. work is ok and it's pretty easy

      Cons

      Same thing day in day out too much work for engineers to cope pay not good enough for work level and absolutely no communications about change from upper management also no decent benefits and have to pay for everything through salary sacrifice
