      The company is great and it’s flexible, it allows you to have a great work like balance !

      Cons

      The pay between you and the people you manage is nothing , I have specialists I manage that are paid more than I am. The company is big on paying the specialists fairly which is great but pay your managers better

      Constantly expecting you to go above beyond for very average pay, they started out nice then quickly turned into a toxic sales environment. Set targets for you then as soon as you hit them they move the goal post's, the commission structure moved every single month so no one knew what they would be earning from one week to the next. Promise to pass your probation if you hit certain targets then as soon as you hit them they pull you in a meeting and fire you and force you leave and don’t let you say goodbye to anyone.
