      25 days off Half days for doctors/appointments without using holidays Managers and audits are friendly, not trying to catch you out

      Cons

      Got to install 25mm tails and isolator on every job Take out lead on every job All regional managers care about is percentage you hit not how many jobs you have done Bonus is poor Work load unfair
