I have never worked for a company that is so unorganized, micromanages, has unrealistic high expectations, has unrealistic budgets so you are never able to make goals or bonuses, has no opportunity for growth based on experience only if you are their favorite, has an inadequate inventory system, upper management treats you like you are incompeted or you have never manage a store before, also they don't listen to your concerns they think they are excuses for not preforming well, you will be talked down for not making money. They don't understand the American market, labor laws, or people in general. there's absolutely no work life balance!!!! The District and Regional managers give separate information that confuse you all the time and get in trouble for it. The cameras are there to get you in trouble, they will watch you all day. The quality of their products are not the best, its always slow at the store, they want you to harass the customer to make them buy something. HR department doesn't have a clue about handling sensitive situations, It will take you a month to try to solve anything and as a store manager, they want you to document everything without actually solving the issue. They wont give you explanation of anything when you are in trouble they will say "we have conducted an investigation...." but you will never know te reason for the investigation. so in a summary - No work/life balance - micromnagment - harassment - Poor management - Favoritism - intimidation if ou really care about your human being and mental health don't work for this company you have been warm!
