Clothing discount Room for growth (especially if you speak Italian)

Cons

-Zero work life balance -Constant micromanaging from upper management -Useless HR department- you can go to them with the same issue three times and nothing is done -Huge cultural disconnect with upper management and the way they treat/speak to employees -Unrealistic goals for a brand no one knows in the US -Huge turnover rate

Useless HR department Very high turnover rate Long shifts Store is either very busy or dead (most of the time its dead) Employees are expected to stay busy all the time even when there are less than 50 potential clients entering the store a day

Strong in store sales teams. A relaxed yet energetic store sales team, working environment. Great quality products at affordable prices.

Cons

Unprofessional working environment. The US Visual Merchandiser is arrogant and impolite. Disrespectful towards other work colleagues if you don’t speak Italian or friends with the right kind of people.
