      The packaging is better than what’s inside.

      Pros

      Dedicated, professional peers. My immediate manager was supportive.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Excessive workloads. An obsession with chasing sales for the sake of ‘landing the big fish’, not sticking to strategy. Promotions and recognition come only for those in the ‘boys’ club’. Office environment was open plan and not conducive to concentration.

      Lots of perks like snacks, happy hours. Global focus. Average salary and bonus for the area. Some work from home opportunity, but that's going away.

      Cons

      Very clique, if you don't get "in" with the old boys club right away, you'll always be on the outside. Watch your back. Below average benefits especially 401k matching

      Cannot think of anything to make 5 word minimum

      Cons

      Toxic work environment that feeds off its in-clique culture and bullying mentality. Cannot hold talented employees for very long from the bullying and sniping ongoing daily. Complete disregard to all customers as well.
