      Pros

      I cannot really remember any pros. NTT talks a lot about meritocracy but brown noser get promoted. If you work they will take advantage of you.

      Cons

      Work hours: they expected you work overtime without getting payed. Management is really presumptuous. Salary are very low.

      * lot of new sr leadership joining recently and pushing change * gives space to build opportunities and be entrepreneurial * responsibilities given early on client relations

      * inefficient & burocratic * not a commercial compamy, used to work on time & material, slow at catching up with novelty and innovate to anticipate the future * limited growth opportunities * old personnel, tied to old approaches
