      Pros

      There are many great people and the business has great potential.

      Cons

      UK Business is a mess, European CEO and UK COO do not understand the UK Org and have little care for their employees and how to grow the business long term. Employees are seen as an expense, even after a record breaking quarter. Many of the organisation was made redundant over the holidays and many employees are interviewing at other companies.

      Management does not care about employees

      Pros

      Trashcan at my desk gets emptied each night.

      Cons

      People are not valued at all. Upper management does NOT have a clue how to run this company. I do not know even one employee happy to work for this company and I work in their headquarters. Benefits are the worst I have ever seen in more than 25 years in IT. They continue to add executives that don't add value. Entire company is going downhill fast.

      You have a job and that’s it

      Cons

      Horrible benes you will pay 90% premium for you health benefits if you can even call it that. Their onboarding process is difficult and management seems clueless. Listen to the other reviews and look elsewhere
