      Flexible working, working from home

      Cons

      Not really a global company. It lacks vision and shows little respect for employees. Cronyism and a toxic and inhospitable work environment with an "us vs. them" mentality. No automation, no smart tools, this company still lives in the '90s and does almost everything manually. Senior leadership is mediocre, arrogant, disconnected from reality and lacking empathy. The only strategy seems to be cuts and more cuts, leading to falling sales and an exodus of talent to competitors. The future is not looking good for NTT Ltd, senior staff is very unsatisfied, the quality of life worsening and clients looking elsewhere to take their business.

      None. Just a miserable depressing, nightmare.

      Cons

      Everyone there was depressed, miserable and wanted to quit. This place ruined me.. the job spec didn’t match what I did. HR lied, no culture no warmth. Just a very hollow god awful place.
