      Pros

      Big name Brand equity Some good people Pay is not bad.

      Cons

      Most people are involved in senseless politics than doing what is right for the customer. One has to keep watching one's back instead of doing his/her work. Several groups working against each other to gain an upper hand. Some are into empire-building and ego-massages by adding more people into their group whether there is a need or not. The company doesn't care about employees or customers. Most senior management is severely incompetent - took 3 years to develop one MSSP platform. They also don't care about people working in their org, and behave like cripples using sycophants as crutches with obvious results. Overall, forget about this organization; it is better not to have a job than work in a company like this.

      The people you work with are great

      Cons

      Since NTT acquisition there was no direction at all, illogical decisions left right and centre. New CEO and his board only seem to care about making big money right now not caring much about the future. Clients are turning away and unless you are willing to work for a bowl of rice you're too expensive and will be made redundant

      Terrible Company / Doesn't care about culture or people

      Pros

      Salary is good, and most positions are remote

      Cons

      Terrible culture, firing everyone from the previous leadership, and the company does not care about their employees, even though they try to act like they do. Cut-throat culture, and new C-Levels are firing people each week. No room for growth, and constant management change. No loyalty.
