      Pros

      -Great array of products to learn about -Multitude of experts willing to share knowledge -Solid IaaS offering

      Cons

      -Weak compensation relative to other system integrators and VARs -Low work life balance -Constant reshuffling and re-organization -Lack of aligned central strategy -Cross competition between business units and divisions -High turnover of core product employees. As an example, one Virtualization engineer left every 6 months -Going to Market with multiple products at once just to keep up with competition. This causes buggy and unproven products to be released and in many cases, company does not have localized service delivery capability and quality assurance capability for certain products being advertised -High probability of major restructuring and re-shuffling in the near future thus reducing stability within certain departments

      Pros

      Maybe you will get a chance to work with some great FBI people. Honestly, that's it.

      Cons

      Too top heavy in both contractor side and government side Too many managers to where no one knows what the other is saying, doing, or last communicated No one at the top is held accountable and they continue to use and abuse worker bees NOT Veteran friendly Main manager is nothing but a used cars salesman and the other an arrogant person who doesn't even know just how sly the other one is Managers are fooled by even those who they think like/respect them - they are just playing your game

      Pros

      Average to good pay. hiring process was quick and simple.

      Cons

      Most unprofessional environment. The management is so not qualified enough, People having 3 years of experience are made leads to manage people having 13 years of experience. Team environment sucks. Had to quit the job after 6 months due to management and inexperienced team leads.Two more of my colleagues quit after me but the manager was not bothered to find a solution and relied on the incompetent Leads. They want you to work for extended hours and wont appreciate that at all.
