Leadership does not understand the Bay Area Market. Convoluted process. Cannot execute. Revenue targets are off and management style is to grind harder. No connection between inability to execute and poor revenues. No sales or marketing strategy for acquiring new business. Cronyism at its finest. Pipeline for white males from S. Africa.

Horrible company. No raises. No perks. Management is India guys in another city that have no clue. Salary level Indian clueless managers that I have never heard their voice or communicated with in 3 years but they still have salary power over people they have never met nor really know or care about. There are Indians, Filipinos, and few old white guys. Then there are sites in India they stress to use all they can instead of use workers in the US so they can make more money apparently. You would think State Farm an American company would support American programmers but actual they cause this environment because of their greed. Of course they use MANY vendors to do their dirty work of offshoring and abusing the US visa system.
