      Worst Ever Employer!!!!!

      I can't say there was anything positive about this employer. Take the money and run

      The company says how great the culture is. However, it is the worst ever company i have ever i had the opportunity to work for. The leadership will take everything from you. Their corporate processes and systems are 'crap'. I was using BI, system reports and forecast tools 15 years ago. For a £20bn company they use Excel!!. Don't get me wrong Excel is a great tool for financial modeling but to consolidate forecasts and report results! I don't have any time for the leadership team. They are willing to reduce bonuses so they get their share-based payout. Do not take up a permanent job as they will get rid once the work has dried-up. HR is non-existent as they will run you over. The team was known as the 'W****** of E*******". The CEO is no more as the company has gone backwards in trading. Once the company merges with its sister company, the leadership team will be on the scrap heap too.

      Bright individuals who work there

      Cons

      The company used to be very different a few years ago but over the last 2 years it decayed culture wise. They pride themselves on hiring women and minorities but they are bad at promoting or giving opportunities except to those they like. Inequitable, unequal and you can see that in their pay and treatment difference by individual. They avoid exit interviews except where they know the person was liked.

      Pros

      In my experience one of the pros working at Launch was my team and management. They were very supportive of us and genuinely wanted us as individuals to succeed grow.

      Cons

      My company was acquired by NTT Data and we then became Launch. Since the acquisition I believe the culture changed negatively and became only treated as a number. All in all since becoming Launch, I'm not sure where the direction of the company is headed. They're always talking about new business here or new business there, but I haven't seen it... which is they they've laid off 3 large groups of people already.
