      Pros

      Working at Nike is liking getting an MBA in Brand management. The organization has SUCH a strong sense of the power and importance of branding. The way the team was structured when i was there allowed for people to focus tremendous passion on unique segments of the business and pour everything into building the right product for their target. Passion and conviction win most every time at Nike

      Cons

      It's a big place. It can sometimes be hard to identify where your specific contribution matters. There's a definite hierarchy and decisions tend to default up the organization.

      a big company, fast paced, nice and progressive peers, young and energetic, I made some good firends in the company, it is enjoyable experience being with them
