      Good company to work if you have a good manager

      Pros

      Good benefits (if you're full time), employee discount, flexible hours. Most people are fun to work with.

      Cons

      There's a Kool-aid mentality from some people - especially those at world headquarters (and those who wish they were). Everyone loves to use useless business jargon. Corporate will sometimes start initiatives, not follow through with them, and quietly drop them. Most people are great to work with, but there are a few people out there in management positions who are simply impossible to work under.
