      Pros

      at least I'm working and getting a paycheck. After a year, no chance for a pay increase. And Modis blames the client (they want it that way).

      Cons

      No annual review process, no salary (hourly rate) review. Paid vacation hours based on hours billed. Was promised two weeks paid, actually got 8 of the 10 days paid.
