Paid out weekly, whether or not Modis had received payment from the client

Cons

- Modis representatives did not contact me unless they were looking for a reference for another position - When complaints were sent to Modis to help smooth issues at the client the Modis representatives told me there was nothing they would do as they would not risk their contract with the client - Modis would raise our cost, as a contractor, without informing the contractors which resulted in quite a few tough conversations with the client - I felt very undervalued as a contractor for Modis
