      Pros

      Team building events for employees made this position fun. The atmosphere of the office also kept the day going. Management tried to help you succeed.

      Cons

      Same picked over jobs with the same ineligible candidates. Modis isn't so much the problem, it's the terrible corporations they work with. Candidates are constantly discriminated against due to race. They have no code of ethics. The training that I received was not exactly top notch but what can they do in such a demanding environment..

      Potential to make a lot of money. The office spaces are up to date and modern. The work is interesting and keeps you busy

      Cons

      There is No work life balance. Excessive management changes. They are way too focused on metrics as opposed to results. Makes you feel like you are just a number. There is no opportunity to advance your base salary

      Another Outsource Debacle

      Have been with Account that was outsourced to Modis . Love that job unfortuantely it is working for modis

      Cons

      Low pay no advancement o rprospects of anything getting better. Have been with account for 15 years was outsourced to EDS (great co) then eds sold to HP bad co then hp created modis to dump their IT work force to save cash.Just a terribily managed situation.
