      A decent company, but flawed

      Pros

      When I started the company felt a lot like a smaller and more intimate place to work. You made relationships with your co-workers and it was a team.

      Cons

      Then we combined offices and it felt like we now worked in a warehouse and we were just pushing paper.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and managing director. Admin staff is best in the company.

      Cons

      Increased metrics, less flexibility. Re-organization from the top down has increased frustration and decreased morale. It seems that there isn't time to do the job anymore with the metrics and increased training required every week.
