      Good company, bad management

      Pros

      Good company to work for, fantastic colleagues. Good work and personal life balance. I have worked with a great team who are friendly and I get on with inside and outside of work

      Cons

      Management with little vision, too many managers who dont know what is going on most of the time. The moral is low with a lot of lower level employees.

      Pros

      Environment of working is not too much pressure and nice co-workers. The insurance from the company is reasonable.

      Cons

      The methods of work was changing when changing the managers. The career path isn't really see many steps that can move forward.
