      Pros

      Solid company, backed by Adecco. President is very interested in each person. Strong national accounts. Culture dependent on individual branch. Strong comp plans.

      Cons

      Fairly political, extremely metrics driven, culture directly impacted by local manager. Fairly high turnover, but to be expected in any sales environment.

      Pros

      My branch has a lot of colorful characters who are looking to succeed and work as a team. I was nervous about entering the staffing industry as it has a reputation for high-turnover and general cheeseball, disengenuous personalities. However, I have found that the recruiters do focus a lot on how to properly treat candidates and the business development team focuses new business ventures on companies that offer competitive salaries and a good work environment.

      Cons

      The only con is having to try and differentiate your services from others in the industry that have created a stigma on staffing solutions.
