      -Access to some very large national accounts -Brand recognition can open some doors -Decent commission plan

      Cons

      -Regional and local office management leaves a lot to be desired... turn over is VERY high here, even when compared to other staffing firms

      Pros

      Great entry level sales, cold calling, on the job experience.

      Cons

      Some branches are better than others. There are some that are set up to succeed and will do great, the others will scrap and bite for the remaining decent business left to shovel.

      Pros

      HR was great and worked with me to ensure that time and benefit information were processed quickly.

      Cons

      Modis did not have a great benefit package prior to 2014, however, the packages offered in 2014 are laughable, Even more so since no additional benefits were adjusted (ie, PTO added or rates increased).
