- Unreliable technology & frequent network outages. - Ambiguous compensation plan. - Management constantly changing process. - Antiquated & clumsy applicant tracking system. - Aloof senior management and executive leadership. - No career path for senior recruiters or salespeople. - Sterile & boring office cubical environment.

A well -run services company despite some local issues with poor employees.

Pros

Compensation was excellent and the marketing department rocked when helping with RFP;s etc.

Cons

Completely hypocritical senior management. Also, they had a problem with a tech support person harassing women when he goes on the road. A bit of a boys club but that may have changed.
