Very competitive commission structure. Ample opportunity to make placements.

Cons

Very heavily metrics-based. Calls are monitored and dials are counted every day. A lot of unrealistic metrics lead to high stress levels.

Some really smart, good people - a few long-tenured employees

Cons

Good ol' boys club with very few woman in management roles - lots of politics and favoritism. Difficult place for new people to have an equal chance to succeed - very Uneven playing field.
