      Fun environment, fun team, shady upper management

      The team is really fun, Employees grow together, team building is a priority, and the morale in the office is usually high.

      Cons

      Shady upper management, changes occur often, Commission paid late if at all, new comp plans are ridiculous based on what Modis makes off their employees.

      Pros

      Potential to make a good deal of money if you are motivated. Team oriented. Management is very accessible, and feedback is encouraged.

      Cons

      Base salary is low. More senior team members steal potential clients and get away with it. Management will promote solely based on favorites and who is available to have drinks after work.
