      Pros

      -training program -easy hours -fun environment -Good use of tools, search engine access, etc.

      Cons

      -commission cap (max $750) -unprofessional -low salary (35k and $15/hour for training for 3 months) -high attrition (2-4 quits/every 3 weeks) -poor management -no room for growth -very difficult to compete with other branches at this location

      This company does not have anything positive to report.

      Cons

      they have very friendly deceiving employees will rip you off. I took sick day which I was entitled as per jersey city, Nj ordinance and the company refused to pay. they harasses me continuously via many lengthy emails as to why they will not pay me, Do not work for this company and avoid at any cost. There are good companies go look for them I hope this message will be useful.
