      Pros

      Could be an amazing place to work if you and your colleague(s) get along and work well as a team... Success is recognized and rewarded, unless you fall short on your activity metrics. Then your success is rewarded by an abrupt invitation to leave and never return.

      Cons

      Impossible to track commissions, so you are taking a wild guess at what your paycheck will be... VERY focused on activity levels/metrics, regardless of monetary/sales success.

      Okay job as a last resort

      Pros

      They hire a lot of young and cool people, so it's a good place to make friends. Because there is so much turn over, they will hire anyone and everyone... so if you are having a hard time finding a job, apply here. You will get hired.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible compared to other staffing companies in Denver (like it's almost humorous). Inexperienced managers who let a tiny bit of power go straight to their head. They talk a lot about culture (esp. in the interview), but the culture is nothing to brag about. If you have to constantly remind everyone how "awesome" the culture is... you probably don't have an "awesome culture."

      Pros

      Strong commission potential - horrible base salary and commissions are never realized because the business volume is low and turnover is out of control.

      Cons

      The company is riddled with below average results and high turnover. The company is not executing and building successful businesses and teams. If you can find the earnings specifically for Modis (Not Adecco, and not Adecco Engineering and IT) you will see that Modis is not performing and that Modis is well below industry averages at the time of this review. This is because most of the offices have outlandishly high turnover. In San Jose I specifically saw employees treated disrespectfully in front of their peers. It is no wonder I saw 75% of the recruiters and BDMS leave within 6 months.
