If you are new to recruiting, Modis has a great training program. Stay here for 6 months and you can be successful anywhere.

Cons

I'm quite disappointed in Modis. It was a fantastic company to work for. Most of the Senior Leadership has their own agenda and is constantly promising better accounts, bonus opportunities and growth. This company has become incredibly political. Management keeps Managers and other employees because of their personal relationships when they should be let go. Base pay is lower than other competitors.

Cons

micromanaging, no opportunities for advancement, no open lines of communication, false promises. they kept changing the work model every few months rather than ask the individuals how they work well. the company does not listen to the people who want to do the hard work but instead they make it harder for them which is why retention is low.
