      Pros

      If you cannot find another job in the staffing industry, try another industry. Modis will show you all of the wrong things to do...and you will have to act unethically to succeed.

      Cons

      Too many to name...all metric driven, slimy upper management, poor pay scale, a complete lack of respect for the folks who do the work. And, they ask employees to plant positive reviews here...how can you trust a company like that?

      There were some great employees who worked at Modis Benefits were ok Lot of clients to work on requirements, though some were not well qualified positions

      Cons

      Upper management stuck in the dark ages who thinks bare minimum salaries are still industry standard Metrics are almost impossible to reach Care more about metrics than making good placements Little value placed on good recruiters Little value also placed on consultants other than they are a billable body The politics is rampant, and as they say it starts at the (very) top
