Pros

Commission structure, if you get your job done they will not micromanage you.

Cons

FAVORITISM, POLITICS, and Sales Program is set up to cycle people in and out. They tell you there is little to no turnover during the interview process but there is a lot of turnover. Unrealistic expectation and ranked against senior employees.

Pros

Modis/Adecco are both solid companies.

Cons

Work-life balance was a joke at this location. In by 7:30am and not allowed to leave until 5:30pm. Oh, and lunches were frowned upon.

Pros

It was a valuable learning experience both positively and negatively. Working Remotely, lots of flexibility with schedule, not too much micromanagement depending on your manager. All this comes with a price however.......

Cons

No transparency, low base pay, low commission margins, lots of promises and no delivery, may or may not get final paycheck, virtually impossible to keep track of personal commissions. Some former employees still have their equipment and were never given means to ship back. All VMS, no direct contact with hiring managers, need lots of submittals to get interviews for candidates. Very high staff turnover This company is really nothing more than a stepping stone for recruiters and they know this, which is likely why recruiters are held in such a low regard. When giving your 2 week notice, first research which State you live in to know if you will receive your unused PTO. They will not pay it out if they are not "legally obligated", regardless of whether or not it's just the right thing to do. Be mindful of this when giving notice. Had I known, I would have taken my PTO first then gave my notice. Also make certain that you know how much your final paycheck should be. You will only be permitted to work 1 week when you give your 2 week notice so plan accordingly. Lots of favoritism depending on who you are and who your manager is. There is no real loyalty between management and recruiters. At Modis, Recruiters are nothing more than a means to an end for anyone above them. Good luck if you decide to work there.
