      Engineering innovation continues but management change is trying hard to ruin everything

      Engineering innovation, knowledge, people, portfolio

      Cons

      New management who thinks Micron is SanDisk. A cookie cutter approach and wants everyone to change what they have been doing. Management keeps saying Micron is such a broad talent pool but in actions they don't respect Micron. Everything needs to be changed to SanDisk style. Also, everyone from SanDisk is at least a Senior Manager. Collusion at its best.

      1. Cheap politics. 2. Most of managers are Less-educated, Less-knowledgeable, technically poor, manner less and illiterate . They dont know how to talk with employees and sometimes use dirty words. They only like to do cheap politics. 3. Worst working environment.
