      - If you want to work here, always remember "Boss is always right" - You have to always keep your boss happy and it seems more of a small scaled company rather than MNC (ONLY FOR INDIAN PLANT) - Do not care about people, only revenue matters - Boss expect you to work 24X7, feels more of a dictatorship than a friendly atmosphere - The day you join Micron (Ahmedabad) you should forget about mental health and work-life balance
