IF you fall below 40 hours worked in any week expect your manager to talk to you personally and issue a warning. Workout at work? Micron does not consider this in the 40 hours/week. Take conference calls off Micron grounds - ditto, not counted towards the 40 hour per week minimum. Company WILL terminate you and use weak reasons like "violated company policy by visiting 1+ personal website while on company time." Middle managers work their way up at MU often by screwing others.
