good pay if don't consider the extreme long working hour manager is supportive
Cons
hire and fire culture. you are just a number on salary sheet or diversity portfolio which is typical in US company. most ppl here are general fresh and will leave after 3-4 years. I fully understand them as working environment is toxic and not sustainable. don't expect any work like balance. It's a buzzword never practiced.
