Everything is about politics here. Escalation without reason is common. No teamwork culture and accountability. Throwing each other under the bus is the norm. As a company with 48 years of history, the system and SOP is still not established and followed accordingly. It's all about focusing on output, no process or proper quality control. When customer escalations happened, the little engineers will be blamed and scrutinised. This is despite the fact the engineers have given heads up of the issues.
