Pros

Some of the best resons for working at Massage Envy are: Building a clientele, meeting and greeting new faces. Develop new skills to become a better therapist, plus all the commission benefits that is given when you offer great service.. Great benefits! Great leadership! Great environment to work.

Cons

There is a lot of work when you provide great massages. Other Therapist need to learn how to become better therapist then complaint about what they are not receiving..

discounts on massage. thats it. and they make it so cheap you dont even need that. there is no benefit to working here except its better than having no job at all.

Cons

they make you work holidays, no paid days off, in fact let you have no days off, no personal time, no vacation time, benefits( if any )suck, no appreciation for anything you do. unprofessional management
