Pros

They are very flexible when it comes to employees scheduling needs. I never had a problem changing my schedule as long as I gave enough notice so that there was no clients already booked on my schedule.

Cons

The pay is relatively low for the amount of work that is done. You don't get paid more for doing an hour of deep tissue than you do for a relaxing Swedish massage.

Pros

General Experience, you work with a lot of different clients. You can get bonuses if you maintain client repeat business, sell add on services, or sell memberships.

Cons

Pay is low. Term to receive any bonuses can change. Some site do not offer bonuses. If you violate their procures you can lose bonuses. Common to overbook apts. Owner not around much. If you are not open for a regular client of yous, they encourage client to see another therapist.
