Pros

- Usage of a luxury athletic gym. You will never want to leave. - Connections through members. These are business owners, doctors, socialites, influencers, lawyers, tech enthusiasts, engineers, real estate agents and more. Make a genuine connection. - Great culture and relationship between coworkers - Decent entry level pay-- Level I: $12-$15, Level II: $16-$19, Lead Level III and regular Level III: $20-$25.

Cons

- Company does not show their value for their tenure employees through enough $ based on the current economy - Department leaders are under too much stress from upper management. Translates into them stressing their TM's - PTO does not accrue fast enough. Sick days per year are about 2 full shifts. Don't get sick! - Not enough mentorship or guidance in Concierge if you are wanting to work your way up. Favorites have better chances. - The pay is hard to live on if you are independent without any roommates or partner helping with finances.

Pros

Responsive to my technical & office needs. They provided very high-end workstations for me to perform my job.

Cons

Ironically, "The Healthy Way of Life Company" was the most unhealthy job I've ever had. Unbelievable pressure to perform = high stress. The woman in the cubical next to mine had been reduced to tears on more than one occasion, and quit after 3 weeks. I quit after 3 months. Departmental Leaders were self-professed, unapologetic, adrenaline junkies, and expected the same from everyone. If you "under-perform", you're dispensable.

Pros

We get to help people do something good for themselves & their health. It’s truly a wonderful product with many passionate individuals here to help. Co-workers are awesome except for a few bad apples. The pay is the best part. I’m taking home $2000-$3500 on biweekly paychecks. The job is easy and anyone with a good personality/comes across as genuine & can appear polished will be fine.

Cons

I’m a year in and I am burned-out; hence, I am browsing job openings on Glassdoor :) When there are problem employees who have a history of dishonesty and/or unprofessionalism, don’t expect them to be fired. This is a detriment to morale & any kind of team unity that has been fostered. It also makes me feel like my integrity isn’t actually valued. The in-network gynecologists in my area are all men or have terrible reviews online. They also don’t have anything for maternity leave. Most of the women who Have been had a baby while working for LTF have had to set money aside & are only gone for 8 weeks unpaid. Expect to work 9 hour shifts with late evenings & weekends every single week. It’s the nature of the business; perfect for someone single & ready to make Life Time their whole world. I knew this getting into it and it’s wearing me down nearly a year later. Vacation days do not exist at LTF. You will have 2 days off each week- Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter will be considered one of those 2 days. Regardless of hitting goals, you will still only have 2 days off per week, which really adds to my feeling burned-out. I would take less money for more time out of the club, but this isn’t an option. PTO is very slowly accrued and it’s a joke that it resets right before t-day & Christmas when it’s extremely slow. Random & rigid work schedules make it impossible to develop routines or make simple plans without a month’s notice. This is an mindless job. I haven’t learned anything new since the second month on the job. My brain feels like it’s rotting :(
