Pros

Super fun environment. Great co-workers. Free club membership to any Life Time, which is fun.

Cons

You make no money. Seriously. None. This is a sales job, NOT a training job, and your ability to sell dictates your ability to make a living. Also, they take half of what you sell, so it can look good on paper but you're making THEM money. There is no base/hourly rate, you're entirely commission, and unless you want to work 10+ hour days with non-stop sessions, you don't make any money. They also cut back on employee perks when it comes to discounts off supplements, which is a shame.

Pros

Good people and environment overall. Had a fun time working with my group.

Cons

None, you get a free membership at a nice gym and the job is just a normal lifeguarding job.

Pros

Great online training continuum to learn new formats and expand within the company. Willing to work with availability. You work with the best of the best recruits as a team.

Cons

Seems like they are supporting new employees versus their committed employees for Group Fitness with showing effort to be adaptable and hiring new over existing adjustments, even with positive performance reviews. Understand they have to follow fitness trends for performance numbers, but also want to know how they are listening to the voice of the employee surveys.
