Every year on your anniversary date you get a certificate for a free pair or glasses which can lots of times be valued at over $1000.00 Its nice to be able to work independently and make GREAT commision.

Cons

Hours! The company is always tryign to cut down on hours Getting full time status from part time is near impossible.

Pros

Great Associates with a sense of real team work. An awesome atmosphere to surround your self with. And the pay is deserving, if you work for it.

Cons

If your not paying attention to what you are doing, then you can royally mess someones glasses up and have to start all over. I love this job, I have nothing bad to say about it!

Pros

Promotion opportunities highly attainable, good working environment, great company with great benefits, many resources available to continue learning, etc.

Cons

Not necessarily a bad thing, but LOADS of information to learn and you will be expected to work while there.
