Training - at times boring but in the end is helpful. Guidance - always a good thing when management Good for teens that have not found the perfect career. Good for a Second Career also, That's my case. although when it comes to pay it's a bit harsh.

Cons

Not many Cons. So far so good. Either I'm lucky, but Management has been very responsive and caring. Retail hours are retail hours. My first retail job and it's tough having a family

Everyone is soooo happy here that nobody ever goes anywhere! Sounds like a great problem to have unless you have career objectives. You will not move up for a looooooooonnng time so make sure you get the job you want to have. Your Boss will love his/her job and isn't going anywhere. His/her boss - Same thing. If you want to grow - you will probably grow elsewhere.
